The intelligent health practice

Dr. Ahmad Sirfy founded “Hausarztpraxis Dr. Sirfy” in Munich-Laim in 2018 with the mission to become the leading practice in outpatient general medical care through smart and digital patient care. A new website is to be created under the guiding principle of “general practitioner 2.0”. The client’s wish: a digital business card with a target-oriented page structure and a revolutionary design.

Challenge

In order to enable an expansive and sustainable practice model, the practice brand should be decoupled from the person Dr. Sirfy. The brand “SmartPraxis” already existed at the beginning of the project, however, neither a corporate design was worked out nor was the brand integrated into the external appearance and therefore did not yet pay off on the own vision and mission.

Goal

With a new, holistic approach to practice marketing, new patients and employees are to be acquired and retained, defined target groups are to be better developed, and the new brand is to be established at the same time.

A practice for which #stayinghealthy is just as important as #gettinghealthy.
This is #smartemedicine for us.

Strategy Workshop:
Speak a common language

For the success of such a website project, it is essential to jointly define the framework conditions in advance, as well as to work out marketing goals and necessary measures. That’s exactly what we did in a one-day workshop together with Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Julia Sirfy. In the run-up to the workshop, we already sent the customer a detailed questionnaire for the purpose of needs analysis. The result of the meeting: a clear roadmap and objective for the project.

Brand Design

A strong brand leads with clarity, symbolism and high recognition value.

We have therefore designed an uncomplicated design system for SmartPraxis.

The main question behind this is: What is a modern, digital practice? And this accent was used as inspiration for design of all components of brand design, be it logo, color palette or typography.

The challenge:

Bringing digital storytelling (short, personal multimedia stories) to medicine.

The goal:

tell a story that reflects the individual patient’s journey to becoming healthy or staying healthy, while giving visitors the opportunity to learn more at any time.

The solution:

Show personas (stereotypical patient descriptions) at entry and articulate their needs in quotes.

The optics:

Modernity and digitalization incl. Mobile-first reference express, but also not too playful, but appropriately serious to the medical field.

The goal of any UX development is to meet or ideally exceed the user’s expectations. Put simply: the user should be able to reach the goal in just a few clicks. The streamlined design of the Smart Practice ensures that all actions – such as Appointment booking – intuitively comprehended by users. In clearly arranged subpages, users can pursue their own interests in any depth they wish – without getting “lost” on the website in search of appointment booking and key information.
