On top of that come project costs for setup, customization and migration. In the initial consultation, we give you a realistic estimate for your specific scenario.
A focused CRM project with one module can go live in 6-10 weeks. More complex scenarios with multiple modules, data migration and extensive integrations typically take 3-6 months. We work iteratively, so you see results after the first sprint.
That depends on what you want to achieve. For a classic CRM or ERP with proven industry processes, Dynamics 365 is the right entry point. If you primarily need custom applications and automations, the Power Platform alone may suffice. In many cases, the combination makes the most sense — and we advise you honestly on what fits your budget and requirements.
Yes, we do this regularly. The switch involves data extraction, field mapping, cleansing and import into the Dataverse. Especially with complex Salesforce setups involving Apex code and Custom Objects, the migration requires careful planning. We create a concrete migration plan including risk assessment.
Business Central (ERP) and Sales Professional (CRM) are explicitly designed for mid-market companies. From approximately 10 users, Dynamics 365 makes economic sense. For very small teams with simple requirements, a lighter CRM like HubSpot or a Power Apps solution may be more appropriate — we discuss this openly in the initial consultation.
Very flexible — within the platform. You can configure custom entities, fields, forms, business rules and dashboards without programming. For deeper customizations, there are plugins (C#), custom APIs and JavaScript web resources. Limits exist in the UI design of certain system areas and in changes to the core behavior of standard modules.
