(Agile) Project Management

We will bring your project safely to completion

Flexible. Transparent. Success-oriented.

Short development cycles and continuous feedback – in which you are an active part of the process – create maximum transparency and guarantee the success of the project. For us, agile working means reacting quickly to changes and developing flexible alternatives without losing sight of the overall goal.

This is based on well-thought-out project planning, which we develop together with all stakeholders in workshop sessions. From there, we work through each milestone in manageable steps – in a structured, transparent manner and always with an eye on the budget and timeline.

Classic, agile or hybrid – we find the right path

Every project is different. Some require detailed advance planning, while others thrive on rapid iterations. We don’t force your project into a standard method, but select the tools that suit your requirements. Whether waterfall, Scrum or a mixture of both – what matters is what works.

You will work with a dedicated contact person who will accompany your project from start to finish. No changing faces, no lost information. You will have one person who keeps track of everything, asks the right questions and quickly finds solutions to any problems.

Classic PM

When requirements are fixed and the scope is clear, we rely on proven structures. Detailed planning, defined phase completions and comprehensive documentation.

Frameworks: PRINCE2, waterfall model, V-model

Agile methods

When requirements evolve or rapid iterations are required. Short sprints, regular reviews and continuous adaptation.

Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean

Hybrid approaches

Most projects benefit from a combination: traditional planning for budget and milestones, agile implementation for flexibility.

Frameworks: Scrumban, SAFe, individual hybrid forms

How we manage projects

Time and budget are non-negotiable – we know that. That’s why we plan conservatively and communicate transparently.
Our goal is not a perfect process, but the success of your project.

1. Initial project analysis

We record your requirements, check feasibility and identify potential risks. Honest assessment instead of unrealistic promises.

2. Joint planning

In the workshop, we define milestones, resources and decision points. You determine how closely you would like to be involved.

3. Iterative implementation

We work in manageable stages with regular check-ins. We respond quickly to any deviations – transparently and with a focus on finding solutions.

4. Successful completion

Clean handover, complete documentation and joint retrospective. Lessons learned are recorded for future projects.

Kickoff-Workshops that really help

Before we get started, we take our time. In a joint workshop, we clarify not only the technical requirements, but also the soft factors: Who needs to be involved? Where are the political stumbling blocks? Which decisions need the green light from above? This clarity at the outset saves a tremendous amount of effort later on.

The result is a shared understanding of what success means. No differing expectations, no surprises three months down the line. Instead, a clear roadmap that everyone can get behind and that will withstand headwinds.

Why so many projects fail – and how we can prevent this

When projects fail, it is rarely due to the technology. The
BITKOM study shows that
75 per cent of all IT projects fail in the initialisation phase due to avoidable management errors. The three main reasons are unclear requirements, unrealistic planning and poor communication between those involved.

Klare Anforderungen

We do not start until everyone knows what is to be built. Structured workshops and written requirement documents provide clarity.

Realistic planning

No tight schedules, no unrealistic budgets. We plan with buffers and communicate risks transparently – right from the start.

Structured communication

Regular status updates, clear decision points and a designated contact person. No one is left in the dark.

early warning system

When problems arise, we address them immediately – not when it’s too late. Proactive risk management instead of firefighting.

The difference between chaos and success

According to
GPM/PA Consulting studies,
the success rate for projects with professional project management is 43 per cent higher than for projects without structured control. The reason: clear roles, transparent processes and systematic conflict management prevent the typical pitfalls.

Particularly critical: communication. The proportion of projects that fail due to poor communication has risen from 40 to 60 percent in recent years – because projects are becoming more complex and more distributed.

That is precisely why we rely on structured communication processes and regular coordination.
